كيف تطلب الحذف

بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب زلال»، واذكر
رقم الهاتف المسجّل في التطبيق لنتحقّق من هويتك.
نعالج الطلب ونحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال
30 يومًا.
ما الذي يُحذف
- رقم الهاتف والاسم وعناوين التوصيل المرتبطة بحسابك.
- رمز الإشعارات (FCM) الخاص بأجهزتك.
ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به
- سجلّات الطلبات والمبالغ النقدية تُحفظ كسجلّات تشغيلية ومحاسبية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون،
وتُفصل عن هويّتك الشخصية حيثما أمكن، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض تسويقي.

You can request deletion of your Zulal account (Customer / Driver) and the associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email
Info@phi-bit.com
with the subject "Delete my Zulal account" and include the
phone number registered in the app
so we can verify your identity. We process the request and delete your personal data within
30 days.
What is deleted
- Your phone number, name, and the delivery addresses linked to your account.
- Your devices' push-notification (FCM) tokens.
What may be retained
- Order and cash records are kept as operational and accounting records for the period required by law,
de-identified where possible, and never used for any marketing purpose.
